These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Flux Labs LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Flux Labs," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Futsal Rankings US mobile application and website (collectively, the "Service").
By downloading, installing, or using the Service, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor, you represent that you have the authority to bind that minor to these Terms.
Futsal Rankings US is a FPR-based team ranking platform for youth and amateur futsal. The Service aggregates publicly available tournament results from third-party tournament management providers (including but not limited to USYF/HTG, US Futsal/GotSport, and United Futsal/TeamSnap) to generate rankings, statistics, and match histories for participating teams.
The Service is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. We make no representations or warranties that rankings, statistics, or match data are complete, accurate, or current at any given time.
Certain features of the Service are available to all users without charge, including browsing publicly available team rankings by age group, gender, season, and tournament organization.
Enhanced features — including detailed team statistics, FPR history and trend charts, head-to-head team comparisons, advanced search, and the ability to submit support requests — are available exclusively to users with an active Premium subscription.
Premium subscriptions are offered on a monthly recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorize Flux Labs (through Apple or Google) to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
All subscription billing is managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your platform. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except as required by applicable law or platform policy.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
Rankings, statistics, and match data displayed in the Service are calculated using a FPR-based algorithm applied to publicly available tournament results. Rankings are not official standings endorsed by any futsal governing body, tournament organizer, or sanctioning organization.
We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date data, but we cannot guarantee that all information is free from error. Team records may not reflect results from tournaments not yet ingested into the Service. If you believe a ranking, score, or team assignment is incorrect, you may submit a correction request through the Service's support features (Premium subscription required).
The Service and its original content, features, functionality, design, FPR algorithms, and software are and will remain the exclusive property of Flux Labs LLC. The Futsal Rankings US name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Flux Labs LLC. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
Tournament data, team names, and results are sourced from publicly available information provided by third-party tournament organizers. Club logos submitted through the Service are the property of their respective clubs. By submitting a logo, you represent that you have the right to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that logo within the Service.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Service without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial use.
By submitting content through the Service — including support requests, score corrections, logo submissions, or match reassignment requests — you grant Flux Labs LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and act upon such submissions for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent and warrant that your submissions are accurate to the best of your knowledge, do not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights, and do not violate any applicable laws.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLUX LABS LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FLUX LABS LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES — INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF FLUX LABS LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL FLUX LABS LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO FLUX LABS LLC IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Flux Labs LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.
The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites or services. These Terms do not govern your use of third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Subscription payments are processed by Apple and Google. Your use of those payment services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Flux Labs LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the effective date at the top of these Terms and, where appropriate, by notifying you through the Service or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or for any other reason.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
For any dispute you have with Flux Labs LLC, you agree to first contact us and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by emailing office@fluxlabsllc.com. If we have not resolved the dispute within 30 days, you may pursue your claim in court as described above.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Flux Labs LLC with respect to the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of those rights.
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
